They are led by a seasoned and respected management team of industry specialists who collectively encircle extensive administrative experience and technology know-how, so necessary for the successful architecture and growth of our company. Together they visualize, conceptualize, encourage and lead their teams to accomplish demanding, yet rewarding objectives.

Frankie S. Abbruzzino - President

• Runs overall operations and account management.
• United States Navy veteran (1989 Through 1993) Served his four years at VXN-8 out of Patuxent River, Maryland.

• Education:  Graduated from the University of Maryland in 1991.

• Before starting Bella-Cesca International, LLC in 2001, Frank served within several management capacities with GTE and ALLTEL.
• Frank's family ties lead back to San Giovanni In Fiore, Italy

Lisa M. Abbruzzino Vice President - Business Development/Sales

• Manages all personnel and 1099 employees, administration, and day-to-day coding and collection processes.
